Will advises and represents employers in a broad range of workplace matters, with a practice focused on employment litigation and advice and counsel. He helps businesses navigate complex and sensitive employment issues, from day-to-day personnel decisions to high-stakes disputes, while developing practical strategies to minimize risk and resolve matters efficiently.

Will handles employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, workplace accommodations, and other employment-related issues. He also advises employers regarding employee discipline and performance management, workplace investigations, leaves and accommodations, employment policies, and other issues that arise in managing a workforce.

Will brings a broad litigation background to his employment practice. Before focusing on labor and employment law, he represented businesses in complex commercial disputes involving contracts, trade secrets, business torts, fraud, unfair competition, fiduciary duties, and other business matters. This experience allows him to approach employment disputes with an understanding of the broader business considerations often involved in workplace conflicts.
