Corina is an experienced employment litigator who has represented employers from a wide variety of industries. She has litigated disputes regarding wage and hour law, retaliation, discrimination, breach of contract, and harassment in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Corina has regularly obtained favorable dismissals and early settlement for employers. She provides both the expertise and analytical rigor required for handling the most high-stakes cases and disputes.
In addition, Corina regularly advises employers in a broad range of issues, from employee handbook drafting and revisions to workplace investigations. She also served a 6-month secondment with a Fortune 100 corporation where she advised the company’s outside counsel regarding litigation strategies and the company’s internal HR team on compliant HR practices.
Corina’s skill as an employment lawyer was recently confirmed when she was selected for inclusion in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers in America as a “One to Watch” in two different practice areas — management employment law and management employment litigation. These is award, which is the result of peer voting, recognizes attorneys in practice less than 10 years who have demonstrated outstanding professional excellence.

Defend Fortune 100 corporation against allegations that an employee had sexually harassed a coworker; coordinate case strategy with corporation’s in-house counsel regarding motions and discovery; advise corporation regarding its potential liability for actions of harasser and limiting risk through revisions to human resources’ protocol; negotiate confidential settlement and release of claims to avoid unfavorable litigation.
Defend technology company in EEOC investigation of alleged race and disability discrimination; advise company on production of evidence to EEOC; prepare key witnesses for interviews by EEOC investigators; negotiate favorable resolution for company at mediation.
Obtain favorable settlement on behalf of global corporation in breach of contract and wrongful termination action after deposing several key witnesses and presenting documentary evidence disproving employee’s allegations.
