Brianna A. Rhymes

Brianna is a rising employment litigator who has represented employers in a wide range of workplace disputes, from single plaintiff claims to complex class and representative actions. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, including wage and hour matters, harassment discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and other civil rights claims.

In addition to her litigation work. Brianna has advised employers on compliance and risk management issues, including timekeeping practices, workplace policies, and labor related disputes. She brings a pragmatic and business oriented approach to counseling and helping clients navigate legal challenges while maintaining effective workplace operation.

Brianna previously served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Troy L. Nunley of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, where she gained insight to federal court practice and procedure. She also worked as a law clerk in the Social Enterprise & Economic Empowerment Clinic at UC Law San Francisco, where she gained transaction experience by drafting corporate governance documents and advising clients on related matters.

Brianna’s combined litigation and advisory experience allow her to provide well-rounded and strategic guidance tailored to her clients needs.
