California Employers Must Display New Whistleblower Rights Poster

Governor Newsom recently signed AB 2299 which will require all California employers as of January 1, 2025 to prominently display in the workplace a list of employee rights under California’s various whistleblower laws.  The California Labor Commissioner has now created the model poster that employers can display in order to be compliant with the new law.  You can find it here.
