Workplace Legal continues its expansion across California! Today, Workplace Legal opened its new San Diego office located at 12636 High Bluff Drive in the heart of the Carmel Valley business district. Our new San Diego office will be managed by Senior Counsel Tracey DeLange, who officially joined the firm today.
Tracey brings a wealth of experience to Workplace Legal. As both outside and in-house counsel, Tracey has represented publicly traded corporations, private companies, and senior executives and professionals in complex labor, employment, and litigation matters. With over 17 years of combined experience, Tracey spent 11 years practicing complex litigation for two globally recognized AmLaw 50 law firms and also served as the Assistant General Counsel for a multi-national company, where she was responsible for the overall management of employment, HR, and litigation matters. Tracey is a member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the California Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice law before the California Supreme Court, federal district courts within California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
