Richard has a wide breadth of experience as a litigation paralegal in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. He has spent five years in litigation and 28 years in the employment law field in boutique and large firms.
Over the years Richard has assisted at many trials at both state and federal levels. Besides his duties as a paralegal, he also prepared Affirmative Action Plans for many clients, reviewed their HR department files for compliance, and assisted at OFCCP reviews. During Wage & Hour litigation, he traveled throughout the United States interviewing potential class members.
Richard has also assisted appellate lawyers at the state and federal jurisdictions and at the Supreme Court.
Prior to his life as a paralegal Richard spent five years as a staff member with the University of Maryland, European Division, where he facilitated the movement of college instructors to and from the United States and Europe.
